Community Involvement

As a charity, the BC SPCA strives to give back to the communities that support us. Since we opened our doors in July of 2015 we have helped in the following areas and groups within our community:

• Low cost veterinary care for the birds rescued by SORCO
• Trap and release sterilization program for feral cats in conjunction with the local SPCA shelter
• Provided low cost veterinary care for the less fortunate in our community
• Work with the Okanagan Humane society to help spay and neuter pets within the Okanagan
