Dr. Skelley graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon in 1989 and has been practicing veterinary medicine ever since. He moved to Penticton from Calgary and joined the BC SPCA in year 2019.

In his spare time, Dr. Skelley loves to bike ride with his lovely wife. They also have a French Bulldog named Poppy and 2 cats – Oliver and Clover.
